OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
All Rorcon Employees starting on our sites undertake a SCM (safety critical medical) to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to complete the job. Working in such a demanding industry, we understand the importance of making sure our people are in the best health they can be to help achieve and build the UKs ever growing tunnelling network.
We have an OH partner who we work closely with to provide our staff the best care and OH needs. Furthermore, we aspire to train our teams with mental health first aiders, first aiders and other supporting certification.
