“Essen Sammler Barchembach” – SMET Essen, Germany

Rorcon supplied specialist labour to SMET throughout Europe including the Essen site, Bottrop IserIohn, Hollandstrabe and Osterbro in Denmark. The pipejack is 1.8m ID, 2.4m OD and will be completed in one length using inter-jacks. The project is using a Herrenknecht AVND2000 TBM machine coupled with a bentonite slurry plant system.

Rorcon supplied multiple, specialist operatives to assist SMET with achieving the pipejack drives and manage the slurry plant across Europe.
